These terms govern your use of the SiyaWorks website and any services provided through it. By using the site you agree to them.
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Consulting work and product surfaces are delivered under a separate written agreement or statement of work, which prevails over these terms for that engagement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer by itself.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to infringe the rights of others or break the law.
The SiyaWorks name, lotus mark, product names, site content and design are owned by Siya Works Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Rights in deliverables from a paid engagement are assigned as set out in the relevant agreement.
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Service-level commitments, if any, are defined in your engagement agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, SiyaWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability connected to a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nawalparasi (West) have jurisdiction, unless your engagement agreement states otherwise.
