The small files we set, what they do, and how you stay in control.
This page records the website's current cookie and client-storage behavior. It is an operational description, not legal advice or counsel approval.
| Category | Purpose | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Stores the versioned consent decision so the site can respect it. | siya-consent-v1 in local storage |
| Preferences | Optional interface choices, only after consent. | None configured |
| Analytics | Optional aggregate site measurement, only after consent. | None configured |
| Marketing | Optional marketing behavior, only after consent. | None configured |
The current repository audit found no first-party cookies, analytics SDK, advertising pixel, marketing script, session storage, IndexedDB or service-worker cache. Newsletter consent is recorded server-side only after the visitor submits the separate, unchecked newsletter consent control.
On first visit, non-essential categories are off. Use Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage choices, then reopen the control through Cookie settings in every page footer. Saving a new choice revokes categories that were previously on. If browser storage fails, the site reports the error and keeps non-essential behavior off.
The site loads public font files from Google Fonts and the contact page loads an OpenStreetMap embed by default with a no-referrer policy. Neither is wired as analytics or marketing behavior in this codebase. No optional analytics or marketing provider is currently configured; adding one requires category gating and a new reviewed inventory.
