What personal data we handle, why we handle it, and the choices you have — without the legalese fog.
SiyaWorks ("we", "us") builds AI, data and cloud-native software and provides consulting services. This policy explains what personal data we handle and the choices you have.
We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, email, company and the contents of messages you send through our contact form — and basic technical data your browser shares automatically, such as IP address, device and pages visited.
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and — only where you have opted in — send occasional studio updates.
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on legitimate interests, performance of a contract, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations as the bases for processing.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example hosting, analytics and email delivery), with appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required.
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
We apply tenant-aware access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege practices across our systems. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material incidents where required.
